Meet Our Coaches
Rick Witsken is co-owner and instructor of 3SP Indy and a Top Ranked Senior Pro Player. He is the proud founder and owner of Team Witsken, which has run indoor tennis and pickleball programs in Indianapolis and its surrounding area communities for the past 22 years. In addition to tennis, Rick founded/funded the first public scholastic middle school pickleball team at Zionsville Middle School.
He is a proud co-founder of The National Pickleball League (NPL), which is home to the number one nationwide team competition for the Champions Division. Rick enjoys
competing. He has 25+ Gold medals at the Pro level in singles, men's doubles, and mixed doubles playing pickleball all over the world.

I'm kind of addicted to pickleball and really enjoy teaching it! I've been playing since December, 2017; I started playing the week after I retired as a senior medicinal chemist at Eli Lilly. I'm a very pleasant, observant, and highly instructive coach. My students have a great time and go away thinking about what they're going to work on to improve.
